1948 BSA 499cc B33 'Big Red' high-quality bobber-style machine. the frame, wheel hubs and brake plates were powder coated . The wheels were rebuilt with alloy rims, and new tyres. Wheel bearings were in good condition. Brake arms, gear lever, kickstart arm, and head steady were all re-chromed The top yoke was modified to accept the one-off clock bracket. The engine was fitted with a tachometer drive, and the speedometer and tachometer were professionally reconditioned; the forks were rebuilt with new seals and seal holders. A bespoke oil tank was fabricated from alloy, as was the rear chainguard, primary chainguard, and the dynamo replacement cylinder. A Gold Star-style export petrol tank was sourced, and repainted . Custom sprung front tank mounts were made, and a special monolever saddle created, and covered in leather featuring the Red Rooster motif. A stainless steel exhaust was fabricated. The engine was stripped and checked, and found to be in very good condition. A reconditioned carburettor was fitted, and various alloy parts were polished.
