A fully restored Model B AJS 350cc. A 1922 model first registered in early 1923. Only 2 previous owners. Restored some 5 years ago to a very high standard and retaining its original, transferable reg. number with matching engine and frame numbers. Old and new logbooks. AJS brought this model onto the market following their extraordinary TT success in 1921 with 350cc machines. Powerful drum brakes and full chain drive was their secret to winning! It is a joy to have them on this model giving such effective braking on an early vintage bike. It was a ground-breaking improvement by AJS when most other manufacturers were still using belt drive and slab brakes The engine is powerful and lively and having three gears makes it adequate for all conditions. An amazing bike for its year and outstripping rival machines in virtually all respects.
